Responsibilities & Conditions of Membership

By submitting this application, the organization acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Support the mission, values, and guiding principles of NETN VOAD, including communication, collaboration, coordination and cooperation.
Maintain an authorized representative for participation in NETN VOAD meetings
Notify NETN VOAD of changes in representation within thirty (30) days
Membership renewed annually
Membership may be terminated in accordance with NETN VOAD bylaws.
